I seem to have struck a nerve with my little story of the traveler who left his passport behind. Well, a lot of things can go wrong, when you travel in Asia, or anywhere else for that matter. Of course, “Thailand” doesn’t actually exist. It’s just a word and a concept, after all. A cobra has no idea it is crossing from Cambodia into Thailand. Huh… wait a second... it probably has no idea, later on… that it is crossing from Thailand back into Cambodia!

Human beings are gregarious by nature. There will be a time in our lives when we will consciously or unconsciously engage in actively seeking a person; to live with us, start a family and it has been like this since the dawn of times. Christians and Jews believe that the first couple was hand picked by God Himself, well, it could not get any better than this, but for the rest of us we have to do the work ourselves. Hopefully, God will give a hand. Some call it fate, others destiny, some believe that is just luck, a love lottery, others that happen by chance. For some it happens accidentally in the most unexpected way while other get a little help from friends, family or even professional matchmakers. With today’s technologies, with the advent of the internet, we have the “dating sites” and I believe that saves us a lot of leg work and help to select a few people that are more suitable than others to share life with us.

Which is the greatest city in the world? Greatest for what? For walking! For having Fun! I asked my dog this very question. With a few wags of his tail he made it clear the answer is a toss up between Bangkok and Paris. Not Seoul or Hanoi, because there they would cook and eat him.

I asked one of my close friends: “Why did you divorce after 25 years marriage?” He said: “She is bossy she is too uptight she is too arrogant… But most important she doesn’t like sex. If she just like sex more I will bear the rest.” I looked into his eyes, full of sadness and frustration. I believed every word he said. I understood him and felt bad that it was really the truth.

I was back in the United States recently, to attend my friend Steve Jobs funeral. “Steve”, I whispered over the headstone (which had iPhone4s and a camera function); “Now (in this twilight moment with the iWind whispering through the iPine trees and the last light of iDay fading, etc., etc. ) “It seems trivial that you stole all my ideas, and because of that the world doesn’t recognize I, Ken Silver, as the most creative genius of all time!”

I’ve got to learn how to reject people properly or I’m just going to piss off more and more men. My biggest fears are anger, war and disease. Death is ok. If one day I got killed in a car accident that would be perfect. I can donate all of my useable body parts.

Am I a gold digger myself? I never have doubt of my answer to this question but it’s not the first time that I’ve been questioned of. Ah, it’s a price every girl has to pay if she attracted to old fat men. I dated a bunch of guys but only had two long term relationships. Technically I don’t’ know a lot of guys well. And I don’t have a role model of a good guy. The way I grew up, if a man doesn’t beat up his wife or have a second wife, he is a good guy. If he doesn’t gamble or get drunk every day，plus a steady job he is a perfect husband.

I have been very busy and crazy lately, but mostly lazy to miss out for such a long time. But I do work hard and party hard at the same time. I have been partying so hard because my therapist told me I don’t need a therapist which makes her a great therapist. So I guess I’m just lonely like always.
