watching the news, I know it is snow a lot in many European countries. it is very rare for the so bad Weather in recent years.

Many years passed in recent times without much snowfall here in the Midlands (Birmingham area) of England. Last year was a surprise, so much snow, just like I remember when I was a child.
Now this weekend we get our first snow of this season, and as usual the country grinds to a halt, typical, we don't normally get enough regular snow here to have a proper infrastructure in place to deal with the chaos it can cause.
But whatever the problems, there is still something beautiful about watching the first snowfall of the season.
